As you move forward with your job search, beware of RECRUITMENT SCAMS: people posing as recruiters or company officials with the intention of getting your personal information such as Social Security, Credit Card, and/or Bank Account numbers. This appears to be a new type of trick on the Internet targeting job candidates and it can be very difficult to distinguish legitimate opportunities from scams. Getting a job offer and then finding that it was a scam can be an extremely difficult experience from an online security as well as emotional perspective.
